What does Holistic really mean

A Holistic approach to health and healing is one that looks at the whole of the person and not just the
symptoms. Rather than just treating the symptoms it seeks out the underlying reason or original root of the problem. This approach acknowledges that all aspects of the person –mind, body, emotions and spirit interact with eachother. It is through understanding and respecting this interaction that the individual parts can realign themselves and become whole again. This is what makes the difference between a temporary improvement of symptoms and the shift to health and wellbeing.
